Wear-Resistant Go/No-Go Gauge High Carbon Surface Is Often Chrome Plated
"Go/No-Go Gauge" is a commonly used precision measuring tool, mainly used to quickly determine whether the size of the workpiece is within the specified tolerance range.
Go/No-Go Gauge is a measuring tool used in pairs, consisting of two parts: "Go Gauge" and "No-Go Gauge".
1. Go Gauge: The size is designed to be the minimum limit size of the workpiece, used to check whether the workpiece is "small enough", that is, whether it can pass through the workpiece.
2. No-Go Gauge: The size is designed to be the maximum limit size of the workpiece, used to check whether the workpiece "does not exceed the maximum allowable value", that is, whether it can be blocked by the workpiece.
✅ Rapid Inspection
Go End: Acceptable parts must pass smoothly.
No-Go End: Acceptable parts must not pass, ensuring dimensions stay within tolerance.
✅ Precision & Durability
Material: High-hardness tool steel (e.g., SKD11) or tungsten carbide, offering wear and corrosion resistance.
Tolerance: ±0.001–0.005mm (higher precision available upon request).
✅ Versatile Designs
Supports thread inspection (Thread Gauge), hole diameter checks (Plug Gauge), shaft diameter verification (Snap Gauge), and more.
Custom non-standard sizes available for complex workpieces.
✅ Compliant with International Standards
Manufactured per ISO 1502 (threads), ASME B89.1.5 (limit gauges), and other industry standards.
Applications
Production Line QC: High-speed screening of batch parts.
Incoming Inspection (IQC): Supplier material acceptance.
Mold Debugging: Validating machining dimensions.
